1990 Marinoni special mtb

Dang. Hope you can pound out the wedge from below. I once had to desolve a stuck (aluminium) wedge with caustic soda. Worked well apart from ruining the paint of the fork.

And am I seeing this right that the frame has a subtle fade from lighter to darker green?

Correct, the front is darker than the rear, with chrome DS chain stay. Fork is chrome under green as well. And the coveted Giuseppe Marinoni signature on the top tube, indicating it was made in Quebec by the man himself. This one is very special, a custom built to fit, he bought it from the original owner.

Yes to those who don't know all my bikes are our bikes according to @MattiThundrrr and I'm ok with it he's my ride
 
Was originally going to paint but after thinking about it the previous owner rode this thousands of km all over Canada and US this bike has earned its wear so clean seal new decals
