Managed to get the headset cups out pretty easily today. I now have to wait until the tool arrives in the post for me to press the new cups in.

So should be able to start on the rebuild in earnest towards the end of the week.

Lot's of NOS parts and restored pieces... I think it's gonna look the dogs.

This vintage of Marin has a following on here. I remember planning to buy a pine mountain BITD but settled for a Muddy Fox Explorer

Ha ha.. my very first MTB was a Muddy Fox (Courier Comp), and then I switched to the Marin Pine Mountain, which has lasted me 22 years so far.
