Its an 18" yeah, is that centre of bottom bracket to centre of top tube, or to top of seat tube where seat post comes out?

I'm in Llandudno will check measurement tonight , if you want it would meet somewhere between here and Manchester.

Yeah it was sold as a 18" Meauserment is centre of bottom bracket to top of seat tube , about 16" to centre of slopping top tube .

thanks for measurement I reckon I'd probably want a 20" then, got a few small bikes as it is, high head tube is good though, will continue to consider it leaving someone to snaffle a good bike project no doubt.
