1990 Cannondale SM2000

Finally sourced a pepperoni fork, in blue even. It's not quite the right shade but to me it just adds some character. Now the only original piece missing is the "285" stem which seems to be nearing hen's teeth status. I think this will be the bikes final configuration for a while.

Keep an eye there for your stem ;)
 
If it was my bike I would put on a shorter stem so I could get the saddle further back on the rails. It looks like you leaning quite a bit forward just now and the the bike is too long with that stem.
 
There were only 2 size for the c'dale 285 stem :120, made in aluminum, or the steel nitto 130/135mm ;)

At least the 22" model had a larger stem (~145 mm). The C´dale folks even fitted a 180 mm crank and XL pedal cages with this bike. ;)
