Some sort off odd looking chain slap device that looks like 3 wires never seen that before myself and might be wrong, rear Ubrake and front canti and Pink

Slovakia for some odd reason it was in my might be interested in links.

Ah yes that makes sense now i thought whats the point of wires or something like that situated on the chainstay.

Yes looks very nice, I would say that its desperate for a new coat on but reckon this would look the mutts nuts when cleaned and done up
