1989 Orange Clockwork 18” (centre bb to centre top tube)
Frame, forks, Stalk Stem, seat post and BB included
I bought this frame with the full intention or reconditioning and building myself a classic retro ride that I always wanted back in the day, always had a soft spot for the Clockwork. And I have a few bits and bobs that would suit her well. However, last week, randomly whilst I was enquiring into getting a re-spray, I got the opportunity to purchase a complete 10th anniversary edition Clockwork and jumped at the chance, so this frame is now surplus to requirements.
She ideally needs a new paint Job, at almost 23 years old shes a wee bit tatty. Or could just be built and made into a quality hack! I purchased new repro graphics and I will throw these in for the sale as well for free. There is a BB in the frame. The axle feels very tight to turn I haven’t had it out to see if it serviceable. The threads look fine on the dropout hanger.
I’m just looking to get my money back on it.
