Gazelle carried a similar looking frame around the same time. It was their top end offering 'Skyhawk'.

You would almost think it is the same. It even has the headtube gusset. There is no straight blade fork however and the U-brake is positioned under the chainstays. The Skyhawk was Gazelle's off the shelf top end offering. Above it sat the individually crafted Champion Mondial ATB.
