not the curved (suspect Ritchey Logic) forks in the ad.

Mr K

wash your mouth out...ramble..etc!

 Harsh but fair! ....Track 2s and Project 2s ...'made in America' campaign etc

Did Roberts make a straight bladed fork
Mr K

:D Nothing against the track2s/project 2s/logics or any other taiwanese stuff and I certainly wasn't joining the american is best lobby (look where that got their car industry) but a handmade english bike should have a handmade english fork. Roberts did a range of fillet brazed forks in curved and straight although as you said he's not really 'into it' much anymore. I say a nice colour matched 531 Pace RC30 would look rather special on it, and maybe a stem that is shorter than 180mm ;)

yes when I picked up my frame at colourtech on friday , he had 2 Roberts MTB with their original forks . they are from members on here .

Quality Item mr K.

Your collection must be looking fantasic? Have you posted a pic of them all together just for a perv like me?

al. :D

this is a very special model, a very important model at the time to be fair.......!!!

very very very cool bike....!!!!... Actually as e-stays go....this bike makes a yeti ultimate look common...........and i dont say that lightly...

I actually really love it with those track two's on there..... But understand your desire to get an original......

Yes, still here - it's probably my most 'collectable' bike, whatever that means. I rode it at Mayhem last year, but it didn't seem to create much fuss - understated, like me, perhaps... ;-)
