I'd say the gruppo (although wretched imo) is worth more than the frameset/wheels given the decor
c35's usually between 5-10,000 $ at the top end, i've seen one go at a couple of thousan euros before, so good luck, I admire the audacity
there was (i think) a technos for sale a while back in france that was gold and had that gold gruppo and was meant to be a vatican/papal gift
later than original Oro gift
