Do i keep it or let it go to somebody that would appreciate it alot more than me.
after a little research i have found that its all original and also in pretty good condition.

Very nice, at least give it a clean, strip and rebuild and punt it around the block, if you like great, if not, pass it on

Only cost you a set of cables!

this is too true dude, muddy fox was never my thing but can always give it a go :)
any advice on the best thing to clean with??

Re:

Hot soapy water,a brush and a cloth will get you a long way. Little bit of petrol in a bucket will degrease all the mechanicals. Wear gloves, don't smoke

Autosol on the shiny bits and you're there

If muddys aren't your thing, list it here as there's a decent following on here

Nice bikes, here is my one that I restored.

They ride really nice, the original Muddy Foxes dont get enough of the respect they deserve IMO.

As said, clean it up, give it a service and take it for a spin. Yours is only the 3rd one that seems to be knocking around so its also pretty rare. But they don't demand big money which is great for the MF fans.
