i have a regina or mallard six speed block in the shed somewhere, so if i can get the incumbent off then will give that a go

i'm just shi77ing it that i will destroy the hub in the removal process

Done, freewheel changed, mtb seatpost switched in and NOS rolls installed.

Had a nice little maiden ride yesterday too!
