There are a few Alan forks on ebay from time to time, just makes sure it's long enough for your needs. The later ones have steel stems as opposed to Aluminium ones. Some have the Alan logo on the crown sides some didn't and some have no mounting for brakes as these were for the track, with different geometry.

You have got rid of those horrid bars the red tape amd you have the seatpost at a decent height i.e you bought the right size frame.
