This one was actually a one owner local bike (which doesn't happen too often around here). Lots of Specialized branded parts (hubs, stem, bars, headset, seat, crank). Lots of miles on it but it should clean up OK.

Not sure about the bars. They sure don't look right but I can't figure out it they were bent? if so, they are pretty evenly bent. It almost appeared like they were upside down but the logos would be upside down if we flip them? Any ideas?

If I had to guess...well maybe better than a guess...but not 100 percent. Specialized bought a license to produce these bars in the mid 80s from ibis or wtb, based on a Cinelli dropdown bar but with a 12 degree sweep.

I read it somewhere once...wish i could find the article....basically a specialized mustache bar. If you want to sell it, I'd gladly take it for my 1984 Stumpy :D

Anybody have the 1986 Specialized catalog? We seem to be missing both the 1985 and 1986 catalogs and it would be great to find copies/scans.
