Lookin' good. Nice build.
Just noticed your frame has canti's front and rear.
Mine has an under chainstay u-brake. Interesting.

Thanks Roy!
When I originally got it there was a chainstay u-brake… a modification that had been made as it was missing the original paint where the canti posts on the seat stays were removed and the new u-brake mounts installed on the chainstay. The cable housing stops on the top tube for the canti brake we’re left in place though, and the old downtube decal was bubbled where the housing stop for the u-brake had been brazed on after the fact…
While it was in for repair I had it reset to the original configuration.

Fantastic job Nick. Where possible I like to keep original paint but appreciate it had to be refinished. I love the colour choice and the fininsh looks amazing

Just snagged a nice set of Syncros’ first product, their fenders (mudguards around here I guess)… figure after a good clean and polish of the aluminum, this might be the right bike for them…
Once I throw them on I’ll snap a few better photos.

Great colour

Popped the Syncros fenders on and went for a little spin. Bike feels great, not entire sold one way or the other on the fenders at the moment.
Snapped a couple photos, I apologize as I’m pretty crummy in regards to photography.

That rear fender is bonkers....!

I know they serve a purpose, but think they distract from the clean look of the bike.....just my eyes.

That was basically my initial feeling once they were on there…
They’re a unique piece and I thought they might find a home on this bike being of relatively close age and both local product… I don’t think they’ll stick around though.
