1986 Fat Chance frame

We just picked up this Fat Chance frame, still in the original Fat Chance box. There is a receipt attached which is somewhat vague but it looks like it was repaired/repainted in 1994 and had a new bb installed at the time. It was returned to the owner and sat in the box ever since.

Undecided right now. I need to look and see if we have an appropriate "parts donor" bike. If not, we have try to find a new home for it.
