Hi all. After something from the 86/87 season (year I started riding). No chainstay u-brakes please. WHY?

Hiya. Ended up with an 89 in the end. That looks pretty cool though! His much were you after, where are you and what size is it? Cheers.
Ah, cool. The seat tube is 19.5in centre to centre, which I guess is a modern medium - I'm 5ft 8. I'm hoping for about £250 but I may find out the hard way how realistic that is 
I'm near Tunbridge Wells in Kent.
I can share more photos if you like. It's pretty scuffed up but no structural rust, and apart from the hubs being stiff it's quite well behaved in terms of stopping, starting, steering and shifting. It's got the original friction shifters, brakes/levers, stem, seatpost, cranks/chainset, front mech and front hub (can't remember about the rear hub), and I have the original Deerhead rear mech for spares or repair, and possibly the original Specialized seatpost QR somewhere

Unfortunately a little big for me. I think your pricing is about right though. If you can get a working deerhead on the back it’ll make a difference. Good luck with the sale!
