1985 Mercian Classic in red with new, getting better, pic

Hi all

I've been tinkering with this for a while now - getting to grips with tubs and glue, a great deal of which is still on the tyres, rims, and my hands!

The bike has been well looked after by previous owners and the frame looks like new. Nothing special component wise but really comfortable and faster than my legs can take it. May get some mid 80s campag treatment in the future and could maybe do with an older saddle?

Hi

Thanks for the comments. Right now its got a mix of campag record (hubs) suntour shifters and mechs, shimano cranks, stronglight bits, and an elegant GB stem and pretty GB bars.

I'll have a look at yer suggestions.
