I had one exactly as this is. As standard they didn't have Campagnolo. I bought mine new in '84 for £360 plus the cost of campag equioment and had the 5 ring rear & double front ring. This was unusual too, as 6 rings were popular by then, but a cycling pro went with me to buy the bike and advised me to get it changed for 5! With gentlemen 81 rims. It had a black suede saddle. And the chain was what you have, self lubricating gold colour. I can't fully recall the frame number precisely, but this looks so familiar, I wonder if it was mine? I sold her in 1987 or so, (stupid!)
