1982 Norco custom cruiser

I picked this up all original right down to thires in need of a deep clean clay bar and mquires

There is something really appealing about that bike. I wish I'd had one to ride the dirt trails down by the river in Saskatoon when I was growing up

It handles somewhere between a BMX and mountain bike. In 1982 there were not alot of available options.

Yeah I was out messing around the Ontario wilds on a SuperCycle or whatever, that Norco would have been miles beyond it. But I was happy as a clam, didn't know any better. Now I do, and need one of them.

I am a bit confused by this, was this a grown ups bike originally? Made to use off road or just an over sized BMX?

Oversized BMX was the first off road in Canada. This was released in 1982, Rocky Mountain had just started the year before
