I mostly collect MTB but love BMX & road bikes as well. I’ve posted of finding cool bikes in the dumpster at my get away trailer in Birch Bay, Blaine USA just across the border before. I plucked this sweet Apollo Kuwahara in 2014. This is one of my first bike restorations which is ultimately a hobby started following the purchase of the trailer in 2011 and discovering the dumpster and many discarded bikes every time we went there.
I always wanted a Kuwahara as a youngster and the Apollo model was somewhat affordable compared to the Cromo factory Kuwahara’s but still out of range.
Still has original fork, stem, seatpost, cranks, handlebar & grips. The bike was built for my oldest son and gets ridden here and there, nice riding bike
