1980's Rocky Mountain Jersey

I was lucky to find this old Rocky Mountain jersey a few weeks ago and figured it would be best to share some photos
I am not sure the exact year but I think it's between 1985-1988. What do you guys think?
Has anyone else seen one like this? or own something similar?

ah so it was you who snagged this off ebay. nice score!

was debating this myself but didn't end up making a punt at at as didn't go with any bikes in my collection, as all mine are 90's bikes. i randomly hunt down RM jerseys, and own quite a few early 90s jerseys, and this is the first i've seen an 80's logo on any.

i did score this recently, it too a first that i've ever seen. an actualy embroidered logo jersey with RM branded labels, as opposed to any silk screened jerseys outsourced by cycling wear company like sugoi or in your case pearl izumi.

Nice embroidered jersey! I remember selling those at the shop in 97-98. I've got a few mid to late 90's jerseys as well, but not many of the early ones.
I wasn't sure if I would end up with it this 80's one because it was lost in the mail for 2 months!...I'm not a fan of the ebay global shipping program :evil:

hmmm, late 90's then? darn, was hoping it was earlier than my 92 Sugoi jersey.

ah well, it's still a nice piece of swag.

i never bid/buy anything that uses global shipping program. they make it mandatory to charge customs on items, even on items that Canada Post will pass on collecting for. :evil:
