Pedals fitted, just some cables now and she’s ready to ride.

Just given the All Rounder a good clean with wipe prior to putting new decals on and I can’t make my mind up if the lugs were lined or not.
Most of the ones in the frame are completely clear but the ones on the head tube seem to have vestiges of silver lining.
Thoughts?

I’d imagine this was most likely lined at some point in its life. If you decide to do it I’d recommend a good quality paint pen, with a little practice the results can look better than the original.

Finished all bar some toe clips and rivets to fix head badge on.
