1955 Claud Butler, New All Rounder

I have been given this by someone who’s Father owned it.
It’s going to be next project but am in a quandary.
There are two badges on the down tube that are interesting but have been defaced.
The 1st is a Claud Butler badge but it has a different address on it, Padiham, Lancashire. I understand this is where Halls Cycles were.
The 2nd is an Allyn Cycles Badge which has a small banner across the top saying “Renovated by”.
The badges were defaced by some who stole the bike who was trying to remove identity as well as removing the head badge.
I wanted to get frame resprayed but in know I will never get copies of those badges.
What to do?
