1950s fleur-de-lys (help)

Ive recently inherited this 1950s Fleur-De-Lys (I only know the name nothing else), does anyone know anything about the bike as it’s lovely looking. It does work and will need light recommissioning, I’m going to buy a nicer seat for it and new inner tubes and grips, I’ve heard this company quite rare, is this true?

That's a Phillips Fleur De lys. To the best of my knowledge it was the top of the range. The gears on your bike are a later addition, 1970s

I still have the bag and the attachments to the pedals, but I’ve just realised that the other day I recycled the original mud guards!!!!
