The bracket for the front mech is not a modification. It is part of the original specification. Rod operated front mechs are like hens teeth hence the cable operated early Campag one I fitted. The rear drop outs have not been widened and there are no dents in the frame. There are a few small scratches mainly on the rear stays and forks but there are very few.
