Hi
For sale is a 1950s campagnolo gran sport equipped racing bike. The brakes are Mafac, wheel hubs campagnolo, chainset stronglight. Also included is the original pump.
Forgot to add Top tube and seat tube are 55cm.
It has been stripped and cleaned, new tubs, bar tape and cables have been put on but nothing else.
The frame was handmade by Bernard Carre of Paris, it is sprayed up as a Royal Asport. Either the saddle or the bike was owned by Andre Darragarde, multi tour de France stage winner and world champion before it was past to Julien Arnet who swapped the bike with me. I was going to keep it but is to small so if someone wants and would look after this bike I would sell it on.

You will see the bike as it is now and as it was when I picked it up. Also are many photos of the bike racing in the late 1950s and early 1960s and of Julien being interviewed. Also a copy of the makers card given to me by Julien
