There's an epid drop on those bars - I'd guess that is contributing to the front end bendiness. My Viscount Aerospace has similar (very similar in fact) bars, and I can see them flexing when I'm on the drops. Comfy, but a bit unnerving when you switch from a bike with a more rigid set up at the front.
