Yep I thought the same, but than again, he is not asking silly £££About the only original parts are the headclip headset, chainset and maybe the pedals.

I think some clever mix of parts can be better idea...and cheaper too. I'd go for it but already have two 1930s machines...with (almost) all proper partsIt's a historic racer, the paint looks (modern but) ok
If Buckley means something to you it's good value...
But a headclip stem is strong money, and a decent working 30s gearset won't be cheap.
By the time the bike is finished, I doubt you'd have much change from a thousand.
Still a bargain obvs
