1930's ? F W Evans lightweight tourer info wanted

I'm also after some information relating to my "new" F W Evans bike. Frame number is: 3316. Chapter Lea head clip and chainset, later wheels and brakes (I'm guessing). Any idea on the year. Ta. It rides lovely by the way......

Hi, looks nice, I know number 6000ish is 1946, so early/mid 30's looks right ( I presume the serial number is on the seat lug ), looks in good nick. Thanks Terry

I've been told it could be 1936. I'll try and post a better picture....
