Wanted 19/20" F+F 26er for commuter project

90s mtb -> lockup-able commuter project.

Paint doesn't have to be pretty, but clean threads, non-structural rust, 135mm rear, and a headset would be great.

Not that fussed on brand, could collect in/near London or pay postage. >£100 budget. Cheers
