I've asked the seller if they could do a measurement centre bb to top of seatube because it does look like it could be a 20 inch frame looking at the headtube. This is my 89 Explosif which is a 19 inch frame.

The seller got back to me and says they measured it from centre of the bb to the top of the seatube and it was 19",so 19 inch frame then.
