Sanderson Soloist - Single speed hardtail mountain bike.
In excellent condition.
Size - 18” frame. Suit rider 5 feet 8 to 5 feet 10. In the pics is how I ride it and I'm 5 feet 8.
Steel frame - Made from chromoly tubing, butted and TIG welded construction. Horizontal rear dropouts (Ritchey).
Shimano SLX Hollowtech II chainset and Shimano BB.
Front chain ring 36t, rear cog 16t, also comes with an 18t rear cog.
Eccentric bottom bracket - allows for chain tension adjustment. Adjustment spanner is included.
Forks - Rock Shox Pike with lockout.
Cane creek headset.
FSA stem.
Wheels - Front and rear 32h DT Swiss XR 4.2 rims with Hope hubs. Rear has a Hope QR skewer. Front fork is thru axle and has the genuine Rock Shox one fitted.
Brakes - Avid Juicy hydraulic disc.
Bars/stem/seat pin - Easton EA30.
Pedals - Look Quartz SPD.
Saddle - Specialized body geometry with cut out.
Tyres - New Specialized Crossroads; 26 x 1.95. Flak Jacket version with additional puncture protection.
Elite bottle cage and there is a braze-on for an additional bottle holder.
Used mainly on road and as such in really great condition. Great fun to ride, geared to get up most hills whilst still able to maintain a decent speed on the flat.
Even better downhill, handles beautifully!
Hard to come by, especially in this condition.
Cash on collection only from the GL2 area of Gloucestershire. (Hardwicke).
I may do a swap for a 26" wheel (rim brake only), steel touring bike with bar end shifters.
