18" frame, XT, RC36, Race Face, etc..Splitting

I'm interested in the forks, if I can change the steerer to 1".

I know not all the RC 36's have removable steerers.

If you're willing to split, how much would you be looking for for the front shifter?

Yeah the forks have a removeable steerer as Tim whipped it out to check and clean up when he serviced them.
Would rather sell the shifters as a pair as they're integrated with the V levers
