18" Bontrager 'OR'

I know I said I wouldn't but I desperatley need funds now !! Hand injury and loss of a large job !!! :cry:

Please feel sorry for me and buy this silly cheap bike !!!!!!!!!!

Here are details from original ad but with plenty new pics -

Right then. Its a vintage 'OR' to near as damn it standard as possible !! Frame is an 18" (or so im lead to believe). Its XT in black throughout as can be seen in pics. Headset, pedals, the lot !! (Apart from grey XTR cables!!) Complete with original Bonty ferrells even !!

All in fantastic condition !! Usual stone chips here and there but very carefully touched in This bike has been stripped n*ked and re-built totally cleaned and restored !! Tiny little scuff mark on one fork leg !! Shown in pic !!

Here are all the frame tube sizes etc....

Seat tube - middle of crank to very tip of seat tube - 18"

Down tube - middle of crank to middle of head tube - 25"

Top Tube - middle of seat tube to mid of head tube - 22"

Head tube - 4 1/4"

Seat stays - top to bottom - 18"

Chain Stays - end to middle of crank - 17"

Forks - top of crown to bottom of fork - 15"


Price is now - £480 posted within the UK :shock: !!! :shock: Cheap I think you'll now agree !! Too cheap ive been told but unfortunately not by potential buyers

Your forks would be the shining pinnacle in my shrine to Keith 'the professor' Bontrager. Plus, most people like the 'chase' of assembling a retro bike, selling one as a whole is just a bit of a cop-out and dare I say..... boring!

Instead of making one person quite happy, you'd be making loads of people very happy - spread the love and make more money and more friends!
