Built this up as a pub bike but haven’t got round to finishing it off.
Great condition overall, few paint chips on the frame, mainly top tube as per the picture.

Mavic x317 front rim on Deore hub…can take disc brakes.
Rolf dolomite rear rim on rolf hub
