16inch ( small ) bike or frame

hi looking for a frame or bike around the 16inch mark ( iam 5ft 5 ) must be good cond, dont have a massive budget but have an 18inch voodoo bantu 2013, 18 inch steel rock hopper 1997, or a 14 inch ddg shooter ltd camo, i could do a deal on one of them if your interested

I've got the frame from this:

It's a 14 (I think).

I brought it from CRC, it was listed as Brand X, but when it arrived it had a "Designed by Ragley" sticker on the down tube, so I got some decals for it. I'm guessing it was originally intended to be an alloy Ragley model, but for some reason was never sold??

I built it up for my lad a couple of years ago, but he's out grown it now so it's been rebuilt with an 18" Cube frame. (He's only 13!!).

iam 5ft 5 / 6 so thinking 15 /16, ive got an 18 at the min but it feels fine bar theres no cross bar room, what would you like for that?

14" might be a bit short in the top tube then. Depends what you want I guess.

I only stripped the bike down last weekend, so not really thought about a price. How does a £50 posted for the frame & seat post sound or £65 with the Hope headset?

Could you measure the tt please. Ive got an old ddg shooter in 14 an feel this might be short like that
