Ideally not downhill or too heavy weight - what you got?

Got some octalink shimano 105 triple ones, that are 130mm BCD. £15 posted if any use to you. Can sort out some decent rings for an extra fiver.
You could do what I did and run the middle and small ring so you end up with a nice set of gears with 42 and 28 tooth rings on the front. Got a nearly new 105 octalink bb to go with it for an extra £15.

Maybe interested in this. What sizes are the rings you mentioned?
Would ideally like a triple and will wait a little while to see if anything else comes up.

Try these, £20 new! They are really good quality, made IIRC by Stronglight. I have used two pairs for 5 years now.

The rings are really decent and hard-wearing too, much better than the silvery Dairylea material used for Shimano's rings.

The spa branded rings are really good, ice used a zicral (or is it zicral) one and it's very well made, light and seems to be hard wearing too.
