Sorry chaps, been a busy boy of late, want to catch up with this one today, so here goes...
1) Who are you ?
Somedays I really don’t know, most people know me as Gil_m or Gil, with one “L” please
2) When did you start mountainbiking ?
When I gave up riding BMX bikes 22 years ago
3) What was your first mountainbike ?
Got my first bank loan and bought a Muddy Fox Courier, snapped that at the dropouts and moved onto a very early Cannondale
4) What do you have in your pockets right now ?
Pauls Crosstop pad holder, I need to go and get some matching bolts to finish a set off
5) What is your favorite mountainbike ?
One with two wheels and knobbly tyres, maybe my new Pugsley when it arrives
6) What's your most hated chore on the household chore list ?
Lets be honest, any of them!
7) What bike would you buy if money was no object ?
Oopps, think I already have it
8 ) Name one thing that not many people know about you ?
I used to be in the Sealed Knot and re-inacted civil war battles
9) What is you favorite bikepart ?
Got a bit of a soft spot for nice canti brakes, but then again I have got a lot of Thumbshifters so maybe it should be those

Got to be GT I’m afraid, closely followed by Marin
11) If you could live anywhere in the world, where would that be ?
Stanley Idaho, amazing collection of shacks on the edge of the Sawtooth mountains, nobody there and some of the best riding in the world
12) If you could go on a road trip with any person (dead or alive), who would you choose and where would you go ?
Any of my close riding friends and pretty much anywhere in the world, would like to go back to Nepal again, that would open some of their eyes

Surly Pugsley and I am really looking forward to it

None of them, they have all gone to good homes, well maybe trading my RC100 against a new shiney Klein Mantra, maybe not one of my best moves

Justbackdated/Fork-English/Tim S Price Esq. depending on the time of day.
2) When did you start mountainbiking ?
1983 ish on a 'proper' mountainbike; I was "tracking" on a cowhorned Rory O'Brien racer in the '70s.
3) What was your first mountainbike ?
a 1984 Pro Lite blue thing-I still have it; mostly as it was apart from the rear hub and mech and saddle.
4) What do you have in your pockets right now ?
Nowt-usually workshop keys and keys to one of the 14 cars I have in various states of decay.
5) What is your favorite mountainbike ?
Tricky-I guess my old american made Voodoo Bizango-I love the iconography and the orange paint!
6) What's your most hated chore on the household chore list ?
Chores-thats wimmins work[ducks flying saucepan]
7) What bike would you buy if money was no object ?
Tricky again.....-prob a totally original BSA Parabike.

I have over 50 radio controlled cars

My name is Casper obviously. Living in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. I'm 30y old and living together with my GF and a Jack Russel. Since a couple of weeks We've found out that we're becoming parents. We have to keep it on a low profile as the baby is under 3 months. Keep your fingeres crossed ok?
2) When did you start mountainbiking ?
I started mountainbiking when I was 15. So that would have to be 1994.
3) What was your first mountainbike ?
Some silly Peugeot which I broke doing a jump on a artificial ski slope. I didn't mind the bike but all the wounds from the brushes were terrible!
4) What do you have in your pockets right now ?
Just my car keys. Nothing exciting.... Wait ... A theatre pocket!!
5) What is your favorite mountainbike ?
For at least 30 minutes it is my DeKerf Team SST. Or the Dialled Alpine Or the... Hmmm Tough question!
6) What's your most hated chore on the household chore list ?
Well, my GF has a list of things that I have to do. I do not mind the chores but I do mind the list though!

Tough one again! I think it would a NOS Manitou FS kitted with the works. So much bling that you'll have to wear sunglasses!

After first hearing punk rock in my early teens.
3) What was your first mountainbike ?
Technically the Motiv with knobby tires and Altus went off road with me first but the GT Timberline FS was the one that got me riding hardcore.
4) What do you have in your pockets right now ?
Nothing, I'm still wearing pajamas and it's almost noon.

Picking up my bike parts off the kitchen table.
