Retro Newbie
Not really sure whether this is retro or just old but I've got a (I think) 1996 Marin Pine Mountain for sale.
It's a lovely frame, I think it's the Tange or Fuji butted tubing. It's a 15" frame and if it had fitted me I would have kept it.
I originally built it up for my dad and most recently set it up for my little sister (hence the big saddle and reflectors). It's got a bit of a mish-mash of parts on it. Of note are the Manitou FS Ti forks, original Shimano DX pedals, XTR V-Brakes (1x lever, the other is an Avid).
It's running 9-speed via a Gripshift for the front and an XT Rapidfire for the rear.
The paintwork on the frame is fairly scratched from having to chain it up but there are no dents or corrossion to speak of.
Could be used as a fully serviceable bike or as a basis to return to original.
Looking at around £120 ONO
I'm based in North East London
Could look at splitting if anybody is interested?
