Wanted 15"/16" small frame/complete bike

Hi everyone, looking for a small 90s MTB I can take bikepacking/touring, I'm only 5"5 hence the size request. Rack eyelets/mounting points and subtle colors are prefferable. Needs to be steel. Thanks!
