i do have stuff laying about that would fit your budget but im sure you could buy stuff better stuff from this forum to dress this frame in for under your budget?

if you tell me exactly what bits you need to complete a bike i am sure i could supply you with everything, but that sort of takes the fun out of building a custom bike?
