Wanted 14" bike/frame for 140cm kid

Hi all,

I am looking for a bike for my daughter, if a built bike is not available, a frame would also be of interest.

Something light, preferably rigid forks, but not a deal breaker.

I've got a Raleigh RSP 14" 'stand over'/16" to top, most of whole bike. It's in For sale section, but is collection only from Somerset....

Same question - where are you ? I have a small Carrera frameset for 24" wheels you can have for free if you collect (Sandhurst, Berks). Prob a few basic parts to go with it too. No free wheels unfortunately ! Only a nice pair on XT hubs.

Thanks, East Mids, bit far out but will keep this one in mind if I happen to be able to get over that side. I’d have to look at where to get some wheels, I guess 26” would be easier to come by.

What colour is the frame?

I was after £70 for the wheels - which includes cassette & tyres. I actually listed them a couple of weeks ago:

24" Alex rims & Specialized tyres from a Hotrock, rebuilt onto M737 hubs.

£70 as that seems to be what the hubs are worth on their own.

Collection from Sandhurst, Berkshire. No postage.

Also a Carrera 10.5" F&F that takes 24" wheels, plus seat & stem all KARMA if the buyer of the wheels wants it. It would just needs gears & brakes to make a tidy little bike for a youngster.
