You are probably right, I do have other cranks including slx but hoping I can use the FSA ones. Ring wide, I'm not too worried about a larger tooth count, it will work for my intended plans, if I'm honest I've always found myself on larger rings when on 3x bitd so on a 1x it should be fine. Maybe dropping down to high 30s if clearance allows will be fine.
