11 speed Shimano compatible wheelset recommendations?

Why won't it fit?

Road 10 speed freehubs are slightly smaller than 11 speed so the cassettes arent backwards compatible.
Mtb 10 and 11 speed used the same freehubs.

If I recall correctly Mavic 10 speed wheels do work because they had a spacer for the 10 speed cassette which can be removed.

I've been very happy with dt Swiss wheelsets.

Not 30-40mm deep, and no flat bladed spokes, but the Cero AR24 are excellent value: https://www.cycledivision.co.uk/cero-ar24-evo-alloy-wheelset-2017. I got a set on the strength of a recommendation on here by @Fatal Swan and I've been very pleased with them. I'm definitely at the more casual end of the road biking spectrum though and, frankly, the benefits of anything fancier would be completely wasted on me.

If you're looking to save money, use your existing wheels. Lose the bottom sprocket so that you have only 10 cogs and set it up so that you have a spare redundant click on your levers

Unless you live in the Alps or are racing, you don't need the 11tooth sprocket anyway
