Yes it is, can't polish on the bench tool at the moment as the workshop is closed but will do my best my hand, or £5 as it is

I would have thought 26.0, too, but most sellers state that the clamp is 25.4. They can't all be wrong.

26, yes I thought that was standard? i will put a vernier on the bars
