Tired my day one sets. Didn't make the max reps required of 17 at the end so I'll try again on Monday. It didn't help that my 2yr old kept trying to sit on my head :LOL:

I'll hold off on thwe squats too, but I'm up for it after this :)

Failed miserably yesterday :shock: still sore form Saturday, this may be harder than expected!
 
The missus has started to notice the difference....

I told her I was having an affair. It was easier than trying to explain RetroBike, Manly Men etc...
