Are these things really this hard to find, all I can see are 1 1/8" or heavyweight steel items.

i cant find the one i was thinking about think it was xt any way but found this in my old tt frame i started its a tange 1" threaded i payed a £10 just after cristmas put in the frame and forgot about it till now
