The Pace RC35 on that have a 1" steerer, new elastomers and wiper seals, plus a tub of Pace grease is included. Send me a PM for more info.

I have a 1st gen Judy XC with minimal travel, still plush though, has a 1" steerer. Just need to check on the measurement for you. I was using it on my non-sus corrected 1990 Yo, and it did not throw off the ride much at all. I also have an authentic early Ritchey Logic headset for it, though it's not threaded. I was running the fork with a razor this shim over the threads. Threads are in fine condition.

Once again, thanks guys. I've run the offers past my brother but it looks like he may have sourced a 1" Mag 21 crown for a spare set of lowers i've got.
