1" canti fork and canti brakes

Hi all,
I'm looking for a nice 1" steel fork for canti brakes, ideally a segmented or double crown style fork.
And also a nice set of canti or v-brakes, ideally something like TRP revox.

Threaded or threadless steerer and what wheel size ?. I have an uber lightweight NOS Orange fork and a saracen fork both 559 wheel size and threaded.
