1 1/8" threaded to 1 1/8" 'A' head quill stem adapter

BLACK one needed for a 1989 GT Karakoram project I'm working on. Has anyone got one I can buy? Or does anyone know where I can get one in the UK? There are some in USA but I don't want to pay silly postage. Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks (once again) HM - appreciate your help mate. But the above links look like they're for 1" to 1 1/8" - unless I've missed a trick somewhere. It's the 1 1/8" to 1 1/8" that I'm struggling to find.

Don't you just sleeve it?

What's your fork inner diameter?

Yes, you could use a shim. In fact I found one that came with several different lengths of shim but the seller wanted £25 plus postage. 1 1/8" to 1 1/8" are on the market - but in the USA! I might give Spa Cycles or SJS a bell to see what they've got. Inside diameter of fork steerer is 25.4 mm.

This has the double shim. I have the same but got it from the LBS

Tempted!! But I've one of those chunky Syncros hinged stems I fancy putting on the build.
